Silvretta Classic Rallye 2009 - Bosch returns to the Montafon
From July the 2nd until the 5th of July, 2009 the Silvretta Classic rallye passed over country roads and Alpine passes through the beautiful Montanfon for the 12th time.
600 kilometres of dream roads of the Alps wanted to be mastered, not with the highest speed but with the highest precision. The classic and young classic cars -
rolling relicts of the past - had to pass 17 special stages 13 time trials.
Bosch started with three vehicle teams this year. Already before the start the Austrian racing service team with Norbert Jurkowitsch, Willi Angerer and Max Zottler carried
out competently the technical acceptance test of the complete starter field. During the rallye the experienced team of 3 helped the drivers with words and deeds.
The help was taken up often and with pleasure.
The presence of Bosch was completed by the the likeable and popular VW T1 delivery van in historic "Bosch Service" outfit which accompanied the starter field by the
dreamlike Alpine Routes.
