Bosch Automotive Tradition at Techno Classica
From 28th March to 1st April 2007, Bosch Automotive Tradition invited visitors to its own stand at the 19th Techno
Classica, the global exhibition for classic cars. As always, Techno Classica was held in Essen and attracted
150,700 visitors from 37 countries. For classic motoring fans, it was a fascinating showcase for classic and
prestige automobiles, motorcycles, spare parts, restoration and clubs.
The main focus of the Bosch stand was K-Jetronic, the gasoline injection system of the 70s and 80s.
Explanatory displays, information boards and hourly presentations making direct use of a K-Jetronic car in a
contemporary garage all helped to highlight the technology in a way that was both informative and entertaining.
The two partners on the stand, Küppers and
Koller + Schwemmer, invited visitors to talk to their expert
representatives about real practical issues. Meanwhile, demonstrations on test benches highlighted the expertise
of the two BCS Classic specialists.
The Bosch Automotive Tradition team offered advice and on-the-spot online searches for genuine spare parts and
components. Bosch's commitment to the preservation of vintage and classic cars was warmly welcomed by the classic
car enthusiasts visiting the event.
